Terms of use
The rules for using the workspaces, how credits and orders work, and which parts of a final agreement are still missing.

Using the workspaces
Generating requires an account, and you are responsible for the material you submit and for how you use the result.
Credits and orders
Each task consumes credits at the cost quoted by the server before it starts, and the ledger is the record of what was charged. Plans and one-time packs are sold by the platform payment service under its own terms.
- A quotation is valid for the settings that produced it.
- A failed task is still recorded in the ledger with whatever was charged.
- Cancelling, renewal and refund handling follow the platform payment service.
Generated output
Rights in a generated image, clip, track or reply come from the model provider whose service produced it, and are subject to that provider’s terms. Nothing on this site grants you rights in third-party material you may have supplied, and no result is warranted as accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose.
What is still missing
The operator identity, the governing law and the refund rules have not been supplied, so this page is not a final agreement. It is published so that the workspaces can be tested, and it will be replaced before this deployment is treated as a released product.
Questions
Can I upload anything I own?
You may only upload material you have the rights to use. If a task requires a photo of a person or a protected work, obtaining permission is your responsibility.
